Welcome to Villa Dédalos! We want to ensure your experience at our luxury villa in Lanzarote is exceptional. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines and recommendations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In general, please always bear the following in mind:
Information for your stay at our luxury villa in Lanzarote
Check-in:
From 15:00 to 21:00. Please let us know your arrival time
Check-out (Departure):
From 08:00 to 11:00
Baby cots:
1 baby cot free of charge and a second baby cot subject to availability on request.
Age restriction:
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult at least 21 years of age.
Payment methods:
Credit card / PayPal / Bank transfer.
Smoking / Non-smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms inside the accommodation.
Parties:
Parties/events are not allowed.
Noise free (quiet) hours:
Minimise noise from 22:00 to 08:00 hours.
Pets:
Are not allowed, except those required for the assistance of blind people.
To be taken into Account
- The swimming pool can be heated for a supplement of 20 EUR/day.
- Our luxury villa in Lanzarote offers its guests a free guided excursion to Timanfaya National Park, together with other guests.
- If possible, please inform us in advance of your arrival time or give us your flight number to be aware of the approximate time of arrival at the accommodation.

- This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties and similar parties.
- A refundable damage deposit of €400 is requested to be paid by credit card and will be returned in full 7 days after check-out after the accommodation has been inspected by the same credit card where the charge was made.

Our luxury villa in Lanzarote basic rules and norms for our guests
We ask all our guests to follow these simple rules:
- Treat our house as you would your own home.
- Respect the Villa Daedalos rules, which have been created to help you enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday.
Details about the BASIC rules of our luxury villa in Lanzarote
Cleanliness:
You must not leave the house in a state that requires shock cleaning or more cleaning than necessary (e.g. dishes with mouldy residue, excessively dirty towels and bed linen, scratched floors, etc.). The cleaning charges only cover the cost of a normal cleaning between stays and must be able to be carried out in no more than 4 hours, which is the difference between the check-out and check-in times of the following guests.
Wooden floors:
Our luxury villa in Lanzarotehas hardwood floors and therefore, if possible, avoid wet feet or scratches when entering the bedrooms and lounge and make sure you do not bring any stones and/or other items in your shoes that could damage the floors.
Rubbish:
please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins and avoid generating excessive amounts of rubbish. There is a rubbish bag space on the left outside the house where you can place your rubbish each day. Rubbish is normally collected the following day from Monday to Saturday.
Damage:
In the event of causing any kind of damage at our luxury villa in Lanzarote that goes beyond the usual use of the space, please inform us as soon as possible and collaborate so that we can find the most convenient solution for everyone so that you can continue to enjoy your stay. Any damage, loss of an object or more exhaustive cleaning than usual are the responsibility of the guests, it is expected that in these cases you will be responsible for the costs.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms inside the accommodation. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis and other intoxicating substances, among others.
Pets:
Pets of any kind are not allowed. However, assistance animals for blind people or people with other special needs as defined by law are not considered pets. For more information, please see our Accessibility Policy.
Noise and parties:
We ask you to minimize noise from 22:00 to 08:00 (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). Villa Dédalos does not allow parties such as (bachelor or bachelorette parties or others that generate more noise than allowed, etc.)
For your own safety at the luxury villa in Lanzarote, avoid:
- Leaving windows and doors OPEN on the property if you are not there.
- Leave the barbecue on when you have finished using it and always remember to turn it off properly.
- Run around the pool to avoid possible falls and injuries.
- Be careful getting in and out of the pool as you may slip on the wet ground.
SWIMMING POOL: Rules and recommendations for use
- The area surrounding the pool is often wet during the use of the pool and therefore we ask you, for your own safety, to take into account the following rules and recommendations:
- Do not run or play rough around the pool.
- Do not use glass objects or glass cutlery inside the pool, terrace and garden areas, thus avoiding possible cuts and/or accidents.
- For hygiene reasons, do not eat or drink inside the pool.
- Use the facilities around the pool with care and in case of wind, close the umbrellas as they may fall on any member of your group.
- If you think you are not feeling well, do not use the pool.
- Avoid jumping into the pool.
- Do not lean or pull on the spotlights inside the pool, they are solar spotlights attached to the wall and so you will enjoy a beautiful illumination during the night.
- No running or horseplay around the pool.
Recommendations at our luxury villa in Lanzarote:
- To keep the pool clean and at a comfortable temperature for longer, try to unfold the pool cover if you are not going to use the pool for two hours or more and always at night.
- Make sure that children are under adult supervision when using the pool.
Respect our luxury villa in Lanzarote STANDARD house rules
Maximum number of guests:
respect the maximum number of people included in your reservation, who will be the only ones allowed to stay overnight.
Check-in time:
please respect the established arrival time, unless we have agreed a different time, which you will have to request in writing (e-mail stating this possibility). Likewise, the person checking in must be over 21 years of age.
Check-out time:
please respect the check-out time and the instructions received when leaving the house. Also, do not leave your belongings inside the house to be collected later, unless you have permission beforehand to do so.
Commercial recordings and photographs:
unless you have written permission from the luxury villa in Lanzarote, please refrain from making audiovisual recordings or photographs in Villa Dedalos for the purpose of commercial use.
