Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hours.
Normally, someone will be waiting for you during these hours. In the event that your check-in time is not within these hours, we will send you the necessary instructions via WhatsApp or email so that you can enter the property without any problem.

Check-out (Leaving the luxury villa in Lanzarote)
We want to make your departure from Villa Dédalos as easy as possible, so we ask you to follow these instructions.
Instructions for your departure. Before leaving the villa, please make sure that:
- You do not leave anything forgotten in the house (check the safe, wardrobes, etc.).
- You leave used towels and bed linen in the laundry room.
- Air conditioners, lights and small appliances are switched off and/or disconnected.
- The barbecue is properly turned off, closed and the gas is disconnected.
- All doors of the house and their latches are properly closed.
- You separate organic waste from plastics, glass and paper in different bags.
- You leave the rubbish in the rubbish bin provided for this purpose when you leave the luxury villa in Lanzarote.
- Lock the main entrance door to the house.
- Leave the house key in the locker where you found it.
IMPORTANT: We do not ask you to take care of any cleaning before you leave, but we would appreciate it if when you leave Villa Dedalos, you leave , the luxury villa in Lanzarote as tidy as possible and that it does not require excessive cleaning. We will be grateful and will reward you for this in future bookings.
It is very important that you respect your departure time, as the cleaning service usually arrives around 11:00 to prepare the accommodation for possible guests who will enter after your departure.
